I bought a pair of boots in Wichita Kansas and then they mail them to me I wore them for almost two months and they never would fit right and I just went today to the Red Wing store in Lufkin Texas and I exchanged them no questions asked they measure my feet come to find out I was one size too small and exchange my boot

In response to the comment about being closed, this is a family run store and on the day in question we closed at 3 pm for the wedding of our employee. This is not the norm. It was for a special store family event.

Being from Rusk, I have to drive an hour one way for boots. I called these folks told them what I wanted, style 402, which I have been wearing for decades. They ordered me a pair and they were at my house, no driving by me the following week. Great folks to work with. They do what they say their gonna do and they don't make promises they can't back up.

Amanda W. (at the Red Wing in Lufkin Texas) has always given me the best customer service anyone could ask for. Her knowledge and courtesy is beyond measure and I wouldn’t go anywhere else because no one else can match her. The boots are the best quality and it stands to reason the best salesperson in the world would be selling them. 10/10 would recommend
